Brian is a dedicated security and criminal justice professional with over a decade of experience protecting critical national assets and leading high-performance teams. Brian led special operations at category I nuclear weapons facilities as part of the Special Response Team, working in support of the Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration to safeguard nuclear materials, high explosives, and personnel with decisive leadership and sound judgment.
Brian holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University, along with specialized certifications in DOE Tactical Response training and FEMA Incident Command Systems. His expertise spans tactical entry and breaching, security investigations, quality assurance, and personnel training. Earlier in his career, Brian developed strong customer service and communication skills in a technical support leadership role, collaborating with executives, bridging cross-cultural gaps, and driving measurable improvements in team performance and customer satisfaction.
Beyond his professional career, Brian is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt whose dedication to the sport reflects the mental fortitude, perseverance, and commitment to continuous growth that define his character. He is passionate about giving back through the martial arts community, mentoring students of all ages — from children building confidence on the mat for the first time to adults refining their skills.
