Nathan Pannell - Director of Cybersecurity

Nate Pannell is the Director of Cybersecurity, bringing a hands-on, mission-first leadership style built through more than 20 years in cybersecurity, network engineering, SIGINT/ISR systems, field service engineering, and military intelligence operations. His career has centered on solving complex technical problems in high-pressure environments, from tactical deployments and mission systems to enterprise network expansion and secure infrastructure implementation.

Nate has led and supported projects involving site surveys, deployment planning, system hardening, Linux administration, network troubleshooting, architecture documentation, customer training, proposal development, and federal compliance reviews. His experience bridges the gap between technical execution and operational leadership, allowing him to translate mission requirements into secure, practical, and maintainable solutions.

A U.S. Army combat veteran, Nate brings deep experience supporting a variety of government customers, tactical users, technical teams, and senior leadership. He holds CompTIA Security+, has completed Red Hat system administration training, and is currently pursuing CISSP, CAPM, and CASP+/SecurityX certifications.
